SMTC Musical Theater programs help students develop imagination, creativity, self-confidence, and an understanding of the relationship between their body, music, and storytelling. 

 

We recognize each child’s talent and give him or her the necessary building blocks to grow as a performer. Musical Theater is a living art form.  Each performance reflects the people who help make it.  Seeing a Musical can help us understand the world we live in. Creating and Performing in a Musical can alter our perceptions of ourselves.  SMTC celebrates the collaborative, non-competitive, nature of putting on a Musical. We believe that there is a place for everyone to shine!
